Children, teens, and adults learn the basics of the game together or work specifically on improving their technique—always with a focus on enjoying physical activity and fostering a strong sense of community.

The training sessions are clearly structured and offer the right format for every age group.

Whether it’s first-time ball handling or fine-tuning technique and game understanding—there’s something for everyone here. Parents are warmly invited to actively participate and enjoy the week of sports together with their children.

The week culminates in our Sonnenhof Volleyball Cup, where all teams compete against each other in a relaxed atmosphere. Excitement, team spirit, and good vibes guaranteed!
