Our exclusive yoga weekend at the Gesundheitshotel König with our trainer Vera is all about really slowing down.

Without fasting - with full energy
This retreat deliberately takes place without classic fasting! Instead, we will pamper you with vitalizing, alkaline food made from regional Allgäu ingredients - light, nutritious and beneficial.
The healing power of sound
A special highlight: the combination of grounding yoga with deeply relaxing singing bowl meditations. You don't need to bring anything with you - we provide each participant with their own rental singing bowl for the entire weekend.
This is what awaits you:
- Welcome round together - yoga session to arrive: Being with yourself in harmony with nature. You will be given a singing bowl to borrow and practice yourself.
- Mindful morning: A conscious start to the day with yoga in the garden - grounding asanas and selected pranayama exercises activate the body, get the life energy flowing and give stability, awareness and space to breathe deeply
- Pure nature: 3-hour hike through the Allgäu with a refreshing picnic - immerse yourself in nature, in silence or in conversation. Away from the outside, into the inside - how do you see things? Where do you direct your attention?
- Pure well-being - free time for wellness, swimming pool, sauna & lounger
- Optionally bookable: Singing bowl treatment
- Singing bowl workshop and space to practice and feel
- Round-off session in nature
- If available, you are welcome to bring your own yoga mat.
Early bird special: anyone who registers by 31 May will receive a 30-minute singing bowl treatment for free!

König tip: If you wish, you can extend your stay directly into the "Mayr & Yoga" theme week afterwards.
