In Yin Yoga, hip openers, light backbends and other poses are held for minutes at a time. Yin Yoga is a quiet, passive style of yoga in which the asanas (postures) are mostly performed lying down and sitting and held for between three and seven minutes. Enjoy this relaxing, stretching and releasing yoga session accompanied by our yoga instructor Katharina. Registration until 3:00 pm on the same day. Attention: Number of participants is limited!
