In yin yoga, hip openers, gentle backbends and other poses are held for several minutes. Yin yoga is a calm, passive style of yoga in which the asanas (postures) are mostly performed lying down and seated and held for between three and seven minutes. Enjoy this relaxing, stretching and letting go yoga session accompanied by our yoga teacher Katharina. Registration until 15:00 on the same day. Attention: Number of participants is limited!
