All these topics are taught by Ven. Thegchog, from the Nalanda monastery in France. For relaxation, our yoga teacher teaches and leads pranayama.

Born in Germany, Ven. Tenzin Thegchog studied literature, psychology and philosophy in Berlin. After working in geriatric care and as a caregiver for the homeless, he became a high school teacher for German literature and philosophy.
In 1993, he became acquainted with Buddhism and practiced Vietnamese and Japanese Zen Buddhism for ten years. He also translated books by Thich Nhat Hanh and His Holiness the XIV Dalai Lama for various publishers.
In 2015, he began a seven-year study program in Buddhist philosophy at the Instituto Lama Tsongkhapa in Italy and later received ordination as a monk in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition from His Holiness the XIV Dalai Lama.
Since 2019, Ven. Thegchog has been living at Nalanda Monastery in France, where he completed his studies and worked as a teaching assistant.
He currently leads meditations and teaches courses at the Tushita Meditation Center in India.
