One scent, many possibilities: Join our herb educator Andreas to discover what the dried lavender flowers have to offer. We’ll smell, taste, and learn fascinating facts about the plant before we mix, stir, and bake together.

You’ll create your own herbal tea blend with lavender, lavender sugar, delicate lavender butter cookies, a skin balm, and a lavender room fragrance spray. You’ll take your homemade products home along with the recipes—to enjoy, use, or give as gifts. A workshop on lavender in our herb workshop at the Hotel Jörglerhof. Let’s do it together
