Mindful hiking week in the mountains for women who love the mountains, are looking for peace and quiet, want to have time for themselves and get closer to themselves again.
Time to pause, take a deep breath and simply be.
Imagine slowly walking up a mountain path - surrounded by the scent of meadow flowers, the buzzing of insects, the babbling of a cool mountain stream. The sun warms your face, the wind gently caresses your skin and, step by step, your mind becomes calmer.
Everyday life can take a break for a while. This special hiking week invites you to bring your body, mind and soul into harmony. Together, we go on easy, enjoyable hikes in the beautiful mountain nature - without any pressure to perform, but with plenty of time to breathe, be aware and be present. As we walk mindfully, we feel the power of the earth, hear the heartbeat of nature and rediscover a natural rhythm.
Our days are accompanied by meditations, quiet moments and inspiring fairy tales. Wisdom stories from ancient traditions open up new perspectives on life and often touch precisely where words alone cannot reach. They can give courage, provide guidance and open doors to your own inner knowledge.

Hiking details:
- Pure walking time: easy hikes of 1.5 to 4.5 hours
- Total time per hiking unit: 3.5 to 6.5 hours (including travel by cab or mountain railroad, rest at a hut or inn and program content)
- Elevation gain: Ascent and descent between 150 and 400 m

- Easy to moderate hikes through blooming alpine landscapes, across meadows and forest paths
- Mindful hiking and consciously experiencing nature - with all your senses

You don't need any special experience - just the willingness to engage with nature, silence and yourself.

Practical information These days with gentle, easy and medium hikes, guided meditations and fairy tales take place indoors and outdoors.
Small group of up to 5 people.
Required equipment: sun protection, sunglasses, possibly headgear, rain jacket, water bottle, comfortable and sturdy hiking boots with a good tread. No previous experience is necessary for the hikes. I am happy to answer any further questions :-)
