A gentle, mindful practice from traditional Chinese medicine. We start at the head, where a lot of yang energy often collects - thoughts, tension, inner movement. Gentle tapping impulses calm the nervous system here, bringing clarity, stillness and mental relaxation. The energy in the body then becomes awake and alive, the flow of Qi is stimulated and grounding is strengthened.
