On this trip you will be sampling some of the finest homemade mountain schnapps and liqueurs in existence, served with delicious farm cured South Tyrolean “Speck” (bacon) and "Schüttlbreatl" (crispy bread). You will also learn all about the production of the grappa, the difference between schnapps and the liqueurs as well as many other fascinating details about this ancient art and the world of spirits production.
