Invitation to "Culinary memories: Zillertal delights as they once were at the Grawandhütte"
Dear friends and lovers of genuine Zillertal cuisine,
We cordially invite you to join us on a culinary journey through time - back to the places and flavors that touch us deep in our hearts. For the second time, my sister, Christina Steindl, the TV chef, will be wielding the cooking spoon at the Grawandhütte and preparing the dishes that our father, Paul Steindl, loved so much and always talked about with such enthusiasm.
On this evening, we will bring back memories of earlier times and create new moments that connect us all. The aroma of traditional Zillertal dishes will fill the hut as we laugh, enjoy and reminisce about the old times that live on in our hearts.
The menu, which will be served at 7 pm, will take you on a journey through the flavors of our region: eggs from the Heiseler Hof farm in Radfeld, fresh vegetables from the Knapp family in Hall, milk, cheese and meat from the Demeterhof farm in Ginzling, game from the Zemmgrund hunting area and fish from the Schlegeis. An excellent wine and beer pairing from Brauhaus Zillertal Bier will perfectly round off the Grawand Alpine experience and make the evening an unforgettable culinary delight, deeply rooted in the Tyrolean mountains.
A little tip: Please arrive early so that you can freshen up and arrive in peace. That way you can relax and enjoy the evening to the full!
