Named after its inventor Josef Pilates, this training method is the perfect whole-body workout to strengthen muscles from the inside out. Several muscle chains, primarily the pelvic floor, abdominal and back muscles are used at once.


Pilates combines body, mind and soul in a unique way, improves strength and flexibility, stretches and contracts the muscles, tightens the body's centre and helps maintain a beautiful upright posture.
