Onkl Xonna landlord and top distiller Christian Viehhauser goes through with you directly in the chalet briefly the most important theoretical basics to the GIn with you, before you burn your own Onkl Xonna Gin with two small distilleries.

Christian, has macerated juniper berries in the best grain alcohol. From various botanicals that you then put into the aroma basket of your small distillery, you then distill your own Onkl Xona GIN directly in the cozy environment of your chalet.

You will then taste this gin blind against the best known and best gins in the area. Of course, the unique gin "Gindara" from the landlord may not be missing.

In our wine and spirits cellar, you can always get the "Gindara" for your own private gin and tonic.
