The “Tirtlan”(deep fried “ravioli”) are a real delicacy of the South Tyrolean cuisine. Together you will learn how to bake the traditional “Tirtlan” at home! All according to a South Tyrolean secret recipe! The hotel shuttle takes you to the farm "Obwegis". There we are welcomed by the farmer's wife and start baking immediately!
