Here the milk goes on a journey: During a short introduction at the farm, you will learn where the milk comes from and how the cream is extracted from it, which is then whipped in the butter churn. This creates a spreadable mass, which you will now give its own shape. Before you are allowed to take the self-produced piece of butter home, you can taste the fresh butter with spicy Schüttelbrot.
