GETTING HERE
You can check in at our hotel starting at 3:00 p.m. If you arrive earlier and your room is not yet ready, the front desk will be happy to provide you with your guest cards, which you can use to explore the area until check-in.
ALARM SIGNAL
If a loud alarm sounds, please leave the hotel immediately via the marked emergency exits. Please follow the instructions of our trained staff and the fire department!
Fire extinguishers and smoke detectors are located on every floor; they are marked on the evacuation plan in your room. If you suspect a fire in any part of the hotel building, please notify the front desk immediately.

Use of the pool is prohibited during thunderstorms.

Bathrobes are provided free of charge in your room.
BUS & TRAIN
Your guest card, when presented with a valid photo ID,
entitles you to free use of buses and trains within the BODO area.

Wasserburg train station is 1.5 km away, about a 15-minute walk
Nonnenhorn train station is 1.7 km away, about a 20-minute walk
You can find current real-time bus and train schedules in the BODO app,
which you can install for free on your smartphone.

All good things must come to an end.
Check-out is by 11:00 a.m.
Want to extend that vacation feeling? A late check-out until 1:00 p.m. is available for a fee of €30.00 per room, upon request and subject to availability.
ROOF TERRACE
Enjoy the beautiful panoramic view of Lake Constance and the Alps.
You can reach our rooftop terrace via the spiral staircase on the 3rd floor (toward Room 320).
You’re welcome to bring your cocktails and drinks from the hotel bar with you.
Alternatively, you’ll find chilled drinks in our refrigerator by the spiral staircase.
Opening hours when the weather is nice: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING STATIONS
There are two charging stations for electric cars behind our aparthotel. Payment is made using your personal charging card. Please use these parking spaces only while your vehicle is charging. Thank you!

You are welcome to park your own bicycles free of charge in our bike garage (first door on the right) in the underground parking garage beneath our aparthotel. DOGS

To ensure a harmonious experience for everyone, please observe the following rules:
- Dogs are not permitted in certain areas of the restaurants or the pool facilities and their surrounding lounge areas.
- For hygiene reasons and out of consideration for other guests, please ensure that your dog does not
stay on the beds or seating areas.
- If your dog is left alone in the room, please hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign on your door.
- Dogs must be kept on a leash inside the hotel.

The town of Wasserburg offers swimming areas where dogs are allowed right at Malerwinkel.
Alternatively, for dogs needing plenty of exercise, there is a large dog park with swimming facilities in Lindau am Wäsen.

NON-SMOKING
We are a non-smoking hotel and therefore ask that you smoke only in the designated areas.
Smoking is not permitted on the terraces in the half-board area.
We expressly point out that smoking is not permitted in the rooms.
In case of non-compliance, we reserve the right to charge a final cleaning fee for the room.
