An Evening from the Meadow to the Plate

Freshly baked bread, exquisite duck specialties, and stories from Schmilka: We invite you to our Mühlengaststube for a culinary evening that brings together indulgence and craftsmanship.

Mia Cseh, a longtime resident of our village, and our farmer Carsten Ullrich will guide you through the evening. They’ll share stories about raising, breeding, and caring for ducks, Schmilka’s baking traditions, and village life.

Look forward to warm natural sourdough bread, duck fat, classic rillettes, pâtés, terrines, and warm smoked duck breast—all accompanied by anecdotes from Schmilka.

49 € per person, including water and as much freshly baked bread as you’d like.
