From September 6 to 11, 2026, at the Gesundheitshotel König in Grünenbach, we’ll bring together three elements that are rarely found in one place: physical relief through the modern Mayr cure, creative expression through mandala painting, and a special musical experience with Omnitah. This themed week is designed for anyone seeking a mindful retreat in the Allgäu.

Health Regimen—Relief, Detoxification, Well-Being

The modern Mayr regimen—and you’ll feel much better: medically supervised, individually tailored, and anything but “just milk and bread.” Light delicacies such as fresh vegetables and warming soups delight the palate, while three personal consultations with a doctor, a treatment of your choice, and a soothing foot bath give your body exactly the break it deserves.

Art – Mandala Workshop with Omnitah

For three days, Omnitah will guide you as you paint your own mandala—a calm, focused process that creates space for introspection without being complicated or overwhelming. At the end of the week, you’ll take your finished artwork home with you as a lasting memento. The workshop is suitable for everyone, regardless of prior painting experience—and can be perfectly combined with the Mayr cure: a detox for body, mind, and soul.

Sound – Concert with Omnitah in the Königsgarten

Omnitah is currently on tour in Germany with her program “Fjäril” and is considered by many to be a true hidden gem of the current music scene. Known for her multilingual lyrics and her impressive live one-woman show, she will be performing exclusively for us in the hotel garden as part of the theme week. In case of inclement weather, the concert will take place at the Franziskushof in Maierhöfen—we’ll let you know the exact location at short notice. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT THE THEME WEEK

1) Do I have to book the full Mayr cure to participate in the mandala workshop?

Both the mandala workshop and the concert can be booked independently of an F.X. Mayr cure at our facility.

2) Where will the concert take place?

In our garden if the weather is good; at the Franziskushof in Maierhöfen if it rains. The final location will be confirmed shortly before the event.

3) Is prior mandala experience required?

No, the workshop is open to beginners and experienced participants alike.
