Who doesn’t remember those colorful hula hoops from childhood? They’re making a comeback in the fitness world right now. And here at our club, too. “Hula hooping” has become a real trend sport in recent years. It’s a lot of fun and burns plenty of calories along the way.

You can try out this trendy sport with Christina here at the Aldiana Club Hochkönig.
