Helpful facts

Ice bathing or cold bathing strengthens the immune system and our psyche.

A short cold stimulus is a good workout for the blood vessels by causing them to contract and dilate.

The alternation of cold and heat also stimulates the immune system.

Adrenaline and endorphins are released when immersed in cold water.

This creates a euphoric feeling of happiness.


Please bring headgear, towel/bathrobe, bathing shoes if necessary.
