Campfire Heroes

Have you ever built a campfire, carved your own skewers, and grilled bread on a stick? That’s exactly what we’ll be doing during this cozy evening activity! You’ll meet forest educator Theresa Sommerbichler at the Zederberghof, help her light the campfire, and carve your own skewer with a carving knife. Afterward, we’ll grill bread on a stick over the fire while Theresa shares interesting facts about the forest and meadows.

Meeting point: 5:00 p.m. at the trail junction above the Zederberghof

Age: for children ages 5 and up (one adult chaperone per child or group of children)

Equipment: Hiking clothes (including protection from rain, sun, and ticks), sturdy shoes, a backpack, and drinks
