Family hike "The message of nature

The Jaufental is an extraordinary resting valley of nature, and exactly here we seduce you together with your family and show you wonderful nature places. We will experience the element of water at the Gurgl waterfall and while treading water on the mountain pasture. Directly at the wayside we discover inconspicuous, but versatile herbs, trees and alpine flowers. On the farm and on the alpine pasture we make acquaintance with various animals, visit a mill and see how the grain was once ground into flour here.

Coming from Sterzing follow the signs to Jaufental until Gasteig, there turn left into Jaufental and follow the road for about 5 km until you reach Maurerhof in Obertal.
