Tour descent from the Tuxertal to the Wipptal

Helpful facts

Highlights:

• From over 3.000 m you make your turns in the snow, down to Toldern
• Much of the ascent is done in a relaxed way with cable cars
• you take advantage of the good snow conditions in the morning, ski along the highest mountains of the Tuxer Hauptkamm and enjoy the company of the trained and local ski guide
• shortly before the finish there is time for a shared break. Here you can enjoy the unique panorama, the peace and quiet and the rays of the spring sun enjoy
• sharing a break
• comfortable return by taxi to the starting point

Organizational matters:

• Meeting point:  at 08.00 am at the valley station in Hintertux
• Participants: min. 3 - max. 5 participants
• Guide: trained ski guide
• Costs: 199, -- €/person for the accompaniment of the trained ski guide and the cab from Toldern to Hintertux 
• Not included: ski pass, equipment, refreshments in Toldern

Prerequisites:

• Safe skiing in open terrain
• Full avalanche equipment (avalanche transceiver, probe, shovel; additionally advantageous: ABS backpack) and knowledge of how to use it

If it is not possible due to weather conditions or avalanche danger, the tour will be canceled the day before and the amount will be refunded in full.
