We pay attention to your diet. Please let us know of any food intolerances and allergies in good time so that we can provide you with the best possible care.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The rooms are available from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival, we request that you vacate your room by 11.00 am. Our inclusive services start at 3.00 pm on the day of arrival and end at 11.00 am on the day of departure. Our offer for the use of pools, saunas, bathrobe, bath towels and SPA lounge on the day of arrival before 3.00 pm or on the day of departure after 11.00 am is € 41,- per person. This use is free of charge for stays of three nights or more.
DOCTOR / PHARMACY
Dr. Neuy comes to the hotel on Monday and Thursday for our spa guests. You can make appointments with her at the spa reception. You can also find out the current doctor or pharmacy emergency service here.
Emergency service (for accidents or life-threatening illnesses): Pick up the receiver, press "0", wait for the free tone and then dial 01805 - 191212.
EXCURSION TIPS AND HIKING SUGGESTIONS
Please ask at the concierge desk in the atrium or at reception. Various flyers of excursion destinations are also available there.
BATHROBE AND BATH TOWELS
... are available for you in your room. Please take your wellness bag with the bath and wellness towel into the SPA area. It is available for you to borrow during your stay. If you need additional bath towels, please let the chambermaid know.
Forgot your slippers at home? If required, you can obtain terry slippers from reception.
Please note: do not wear a bathrobe to dinner in the panorama restaurant. You are welcome to enjoy your lunch in the Bergstüble or in our SPA Lounge.
BERGKRISTALL ACTIVE PREMIUM PROGRAM
Guided hikes, Nordic walking, yoga, aqua power, meditation, e-bike tours... through fitness to relaxation. Please register for participation in our activity book at the concierge desk.
BOOKS
In our atrium you will find our library for feel-good moments with books on various topics. Please put them back on the shelves after reading.
Here you will also find a shelf marked "Books by guests for guests". You are welcome to leave the book you have read here for other guests or take a book yourself.
We will also be happy to obtain a book of your choice from the local bookshop.
IRONING SERVICE
We can iron your clothes on request. Your ironed clothes will be returned to you on the same day if you hand them in by 12.00 noon - usually within an hour.
You can borrow an iron and ironing board from reception.
CONCIERGE
Do you have a special request, wishes or suggestions, or do you need a hiking, excursion or shopping tip? Then get in touch with our reception staff. They will be happy to help you and are always ready to listen to your questions and requests regarding your stay. They will be happy to organize your personal moment for you.
DEPOT FOR YOUR SPORTS EQUIPMENT | GOLF AND SKI ROOM
The golf and ski room is located on floor -2 of the Bergkristall Residence. Here you can store your equipment during your stay. Be it winter equipment or your golf bag. Please let reception know and you will be given access.
There are storage facilities for your skis at the ski lifts.
DOORMAN SERVICE
On request, we will park your car and drive it up again if necessary.
E-CHARGING STATIONS
There are several charging stations for your e-car at the hotel.
You will receive a charging card for charging at reception, which you can keep for the entire duration of your stay.
To start charging, simply plug in the cable and hold your card up to the wallbox.
When you unplug the cable or when the car is 100% charged, the charging process ends automatically.
The electricity price is €0.50 per kWh. We will then charge the final amount to your room bill on departure.
We are also happy to help you with a short introduction.

- 18.30 to 19.00 - the first guests take their seats
- 19.00 to 20.00 - the kitchen is working at full speed, please bring some time with you here
- 20.00 to 20.30 - it's getting a little quieter, most of the courses have been served
LUGGAGE SERVICE
We are happy to help you with your luggage. Please let us know at reception and we will collect your luggage from your room.
VOUCHERS
Do you have a voucher? Please hand it in at reception when you arrive.
Would you like to give a voucher as a gift? We will be happy to put together the voucher of your choice and wrap it as a beautiful gift.
HANDY
Out of consideration for other hotel guests, please set your cell phone to silent or do not use it in the restaurant, in the Kristall SPA and on the sunbathing lawn. Have you forgotten your charging cable? You can borrow one from reception.
HEIMATGUT BOUTIQUE
Small vacation souvenirs or unusual items? Things that caught your eye during your stay at the hotel? Gifts for those who stayed at home or for yourself? Light vacation clothing...? Take your time to browse through our hotel store.
Open daily from 09.00 to 13.00.
DOGS
Dogs are always welcome in our hotel. However, pets are not allowed in all rooms. When making your request, please be sure to state that you are traveling with your four-legged friend so that we can offer you a suitable feel-good room.
Pets are not allowed in our restaurant and Kristall SPA. Your dog is welcome to accompany you in the Atrium and the HansiBAR.
- We charge € 25.00 per dog per day
- So that your furry friend gets used to its new surroundings as quickly as possible and feels "poodle" comfortable with us, it is best to bring familiar objects with you. This could be your pet's favorite toy, blanket or food bowl, for example. This will also help you to prevent your four-legged friend from getting into the hotel furniture.
- Nevertheless, be prepared for incidents. As unpleasant as it may be, you as the owner are liable for damage such as scratches or hard-to-remove dirt caused by your dog. We therefore recommend that you take out appropriate liability insurance.
- In addition to a welcome treat, your faithful companion will find a food and water bowl in the room.
- Please bring the appropriate dog food with you from home. We ask for your understanding that we cannot store or prepare food for your dog for reasons of hygiene.
- Ideally, you should only leave your dog alone in the room in exceptional cases. In this case, please hang the "red" sign on your room door. This means that no member of staff can enter the room.
- Unfortunately, the sun doesn't always shine here either. In the event that your dog gets dirty while playing outside, you will find towels to dry your dog's paws at our main entrance and at the two side entrances. For the big business, you will find a bin for dog bags next to the main entrance and at our wildlife park hut as well as at the side house facing east.
- Although your dog may be allowed to sleep on the sofa or bed in your home, we prefer you to bring your four-legged friend a dog basket. Should your dog nevertheless want to make itself comfortable on the upholstered furniture, please use the "dog sheets" to cover it, which we will be happy to provide you with
- If your dog does have a little mishap in the hotel, please do not hesitate to let us know.
INTERNET & TV
In the course of the last lockdown in 2020, we have expanded our guest WiFi. In the rooms as well as in our atrium and the panorama lounge you have the possibility to connect to the internet via our W-LAN "Bergkristall". On the automatically opened website you only have to agree to the terms of use and click on "Login". If you have any technical questions or problems (TV or Internet), please contact reception.

Bregenz Festival, Kulturtupfer, Schubertiade or various events in the village that you would like to visit? We will be happy to get you tickets or reserve seats for you.

SIDE ENTRANCE
Our main entrance is open until 23:00. After that we ask you to use the side entrances, which you can open at any time with your room card.
NORDIC WALKING
... is possible on signposted routes in three levels of difficulty and a total length of 88.8 km. Nordic walking poles can be hired at reception.

SPA LABEL
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
To ensure that you are covered against all eventualities, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
Below you will find a brief summary of our general cancellation conditions:
- Cancellations free of charge are possible up to 7 days before arrival.
- In the event of a cancellation at short notice (within 7 days) or early departure, we charge 60% of the room price for overnight stays/healthy enjoyment.
- From 18.12.2022 to 07.01.2023 there is a cancellation period of 4 weeks before arrival.

LAUNDRY SERVICE
You are welcome to take advantage of our in-house laundry, sewing and ironing service. The laundry bag and price list are available in your room. If you hand in your laundry before 9.00 a.m., it will be returned within 9 hours.
HIKING
There are 250 km of wonderful hiking trails in the "Nagelfluhkette" nature park around Oberstaufen and also directly from the hotel. If you would like to hike on your own, we will be happy to provide you with tips and a hiking map. With the Oberstaufen Plus guest card, you can travel for free on the Imberg, Hochgrat and Hündlebahn cable cars.

HIKING BACKPACK
You can borrow a hiking rucksack for your tours from reception. Further tips are available at reception and at the concierge desk. You can also borrow a hiking map here.
SET A WAKE-UP CALL
Press the wrench on your room telephone and use the up arrow key to select "ALARM SETTINGS" Press the right arrow key until "ALARM" appears and then select the right arrow key to set the alarm clock time using the numeric keypad; the alarm time must be entered in 24-hour HH/MM format - confirm the time with the right arrow key. You must also set the alarm clock to "ON/OFF". In the Alarm clock menu item, select "ALARM ON/OFF" using the up arrow button, press the right arrow button and then select between ON/OFF. (Up arrow: Select menu item, right arrow: Activate/deactivate menu item)
The display shows "ALARM ON" if the setting was successful. The alarm must then be deactivated, otherwise the telephone will ring at intervals.
You are also welcome to be woken up by reception from 07.00 am.
