MOVE – in the R1 Compass, this area represents the absolute foundation of a vibrant lifestyle. Learn how you can use simple strategies to sustainably integrate more vitality, mobility, and quality of life into your daily routine.

The first part of this presentation covers topics ranging from health and everyday movement to the body’s fascial structures, with the goal of developing a basic understanding of these concepts. For a holistically healthy life, it’s important to incorporate sufficient daily movement into your routine—ideally at least 20–30 minutes per day. NEAT (Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis) forms the basis for overall health and a well-functioning metabolism.

In the second part, we’ll move into practical application, and each participant will receive the “TOP 5” tips for the MOVE section. In most cases, this can lead to immediate improvement for a range of minor to major ailments.

An inspiring presentation by the fitness experts at R1 that offers new food for thought and opens up fresh perspectives. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to improve your health and fitness.

For anyone who enjoys exercise or is ready to discover it!
