Bike tour to the 'Örgwies' at the foot of the Hohe Salve

The guided e-mountain bike tour to Örgwies at the foot of the Hohe Salve starts at the valley station of the Fleckalmbahn in Kirchberg. There is a relaxed roll-in phase along the Brixental Valley cycle path to Brixen im Thale, where other participants join the tour at 10:00 am at Intersport Gschwantler. The route then continues together towards Westendorf before the moderate ascent to Örgwies begins in the Moosen district.

At the finish point, a special natural highlight opens up in the form of the Salvensee lake. In the impressive scenery at the foot of the Hohe Salve, the route offers additional metres in altitude as well as wide views over the Brixental valley and towards the Wilder Kaiser.

The return journey runs along a panoramic contour line with gentle ups and downs back to Kirchberg. The meeting point with the participants of the Suntrail Tour is at Gasthof Ruetzen. An optional refreshment stop offers the opportunity to take a break and chat.
