Hike to the Muttjöchle

On the Kristberg, a mountain perfect for leisurely hikes, you’ll set out from the mountain station and hike through an unspoiled mountain forest shaped by the history of mining. The trail leads you gently uphill through the shady Muttwald, past blueberry bushes and alpine roses. Impressive views of the Rätikon, Silvretta, and Verwall mountains open up time and again. Once you reach the summit of the Muttjöchle, another breathtaking panoramic view of the Montafon mountains all the way to the Arlberg awaits you, before you head back to the mountain station along the same path.
