Olive Oil Tasting in the Olive Oil Museum Škrip

My partner and I are passionate cooks and when we heard about the Olive Oil Museum in Škrip, we organised a trip there with the help of Jelena. The Olive Oil Museum in Škrip presents the traditional process of olive oil production on the island of Brac and has been run by the same family for generations. Already in 1864 Josip Krstulovc and his family founded this company. In 2014 the family was rewarded for their efforts with the bronze medal for the virgin olive oil.
