Cooking Class: Game Season

We’re getting in the mood for fall.

In our exclusive “Wildzeit” cooking class with Michelin-starred chef Jörg Sackmann, you’ll dive into the world of game.

Using locally hunted game, we’ll prepare roe deer, red deer, partridge, and wild hare into a 4-course meal featuring hearty sauces, confit game pepper, rose hips, and fall vegetables.
