Balance after a day's skiing. Whether beginner or advanced, "JO "ga is suitable for all people who would like to get to know yoga or have already integrated it into their everyday life. No previous knowledge necessary. The yoga classes are based on Hatha yoga, asanas (physical exercises) and pranayamas (breathing exercises) are taught and simple meditations are guided.
