As the retreat is very private and discretion is our highest priority, I have a conversation with all participants who book the retreat to see if the group fits together. During the retreat, Kornelia Schwitzer personally works alone or together with Evelyn Oberleiter with: high-quality herbal baths, essences and incense, individual silver quartzite treatments and selected regional cuisine, which initiate the regenerative, physical and emotional processes. Places of power in wild nature that calm the mind with an energizing and relaxing natural soundscape.

Breathing sessions, soothing sounds, contemplative moments by the fire and intimate conversations in the confidential setting of individual coaching sessions that bring inner clarity, support sorting and letting go and strengthen personal stability. Mindfulness and aesthetics in the treatments, in the rooms and in all places, allow the value of all being, the sense of liveliness and sustainability to grow steadily.

A luxury hideaway in the South Tyrolean mountains

Each participant has their own individual retreat: a beautiful, spacious double room with
