Use of the apartment/house:

We would be grateful if you could switch off the appliances and lights when you leave the apartment.

You may and should use all the equipment and utensils in the apartment. Please handle them with care. No one will intentionally damage things, but it can happen to anyone that something gets damaged. We would be pleased if you report the mishap so that I do not have to wait until after your departure or when the next tenants have moved in to discover the damage.

Health protection/allergies:

Smoking is prohibited throughout the house. If you smoke on the balcony, we ask you not to throw the cigarette butts into the garden.

The dishes must be kept clean. The same applies to cutlery, pots and appliances that you have used. No waste, leftover food, grease or other objects may be disposed of through the drainage pipes, shower, kitchen or toilet. Garbage, newspapers and bottles must be disposed of. All floors should be swept clean. When leaving the apartment/house, the doors and windows must be locked.

Baby crib:

If you need a baby crib, you will find one in the cupboard in the TV room.
