St. Martin is just around the corner and therefore we traditionally have a goose dinner.
We get fresh geese from the neighbouring village - from free-range farming!
Delicious, crispy - freshly prepared for you!

Delicious side dishes - like homemade apple-red cabbage, stuffed apple & dumplings
with an orange cream sauce....
