The workshop "Botanical motifs with watercolor technique" is aimed at beginners

as well as advanced artists and invites you to get creative together in a relaxed atmosphere

. At the beginning, we will focus on studying plants with the line. Here you will learn how to capture botanical

motifs as contour drawings.

The visual artist and course instructor Kim Kluge introduces a special technique for contour drawing

. This method helps beginners in particular to depict plants and botanical

motifs as contour drawings, making it easier to

get started with creative work. In the main part of the workshop, we deal with the basics of watercolor painting

You will learn basic techniques such as creating color gradients and mixing colors

directly on paper. The focus is on experimenting with watercolors, where you

can try out different ways of expressing color and discover your individual form of expression

. Advanced participants will receive individual support and -

depending on their skills - new watercolor techniques to further develop their abilities.
