Qi means life force, life energy. In Qi Gong, energy exercises are performed to strengthen this energy and get it flowing.
All the exercises are done standing up and no previous knowledge is required. Conscious breathing, concentration and mindfulness are trained. The positive effects are noticeable after just one session: relieving tension, switching off thoughts, creating more harmony between body and mind.
Qi Gong is for anyone who would like to experience mindfulness and stillness.
