You can bring apples, pears and quinces for pressing from mid-August to the end of October. The minimum quantity is 50 kg.
I press your own fruit juice from your own apples, pears and quinces and fill it pasteurized in 3 l and 5 l BiB cartons. Mixtures are also possible. The pears must not be too ripe.
