Trail Running with Svenja Hoffmann

Monday, June 15 – Introductory run around ALDIANA – also suitable for beginners (Requirements: You should be able to run 7–10 km at a steady pace) 7 km with 340 meters of elevation gain. Meet at 10:00 a.m. at the club entrance.

We’ll run on the beautiful trails around our club – first, we’ll head uphill toward Kopphütte on mostly wooded and root-covered paths, later we’ll run along gravel hiking trails and another beautiful singletrack through the forest toward Hotel Bergheimat, before heading back to the club on the final downhill sections.

The route is ideal for practicing proper trail technique both uphill and downhill and offers a beautiful loop through varied terrain.

PLEASE NOTE: The following applies to all tours—we run together and stay as a group; the slower runners set the pace 😊 Group size: maximum 10–15 people
