FOLK-ROCK MUSIK Festival (31.07.-01.08.2026)

From 31.07. - 02.08.2026, the Folk Rock Music Festival in Loučná pod Klínovcem will take place for the second time across the border as part of the "Bridges between Neighbors" project. The town of Kurort Oberwiesenthal and the municipality of Sehmatal have joined forces with the town of Loučná as neighboring municipalities in a joint funding project.

The venue is close to the border crossing just after the border bridge and only 800 m away from the town hall hotels. Children can let off steam at the adjacent adventure playground and parents can relax and listen to the music.

The event kicks off on Friday, July 31 at 17:00. 11 Czech and German bands will provide musical variety until Saturday evening and delight visitors with their folk rock music.

In addition, regional vendors will spoil visitors with Czech and German culinary delights.

Tickets can be purchased for one or both days. Admission for one day costs 6 euros, for both days 10 euros. Tickets can be purchased on site. Advance tickets are available from July 01, 2026 at the tourist information office in Oberwiesenthal - opposite the Rathaushotels.
