On the western shore of Lake Neusiedl lies the second largest contiguous reedbed area in Europe, which serves as a resting and breeding area for many different bird species (e.g. reed warbler, purple heron and marsh harrier).
Equipped with spotting scopes and binoculars, we will try to spot these species and learn exciting facts about the individual breeding birds.
