Hay peeling & hay bath

Bathing in hay and feeling like new: an old South Tyrolean tradition! The whole body is first cleansed of dirt and dead skin cells with a hay scrub and then wrapped in warm Grauner Alm hay. The warmth of the tub opens the pores, allowing the healing substances in the hay to enter the body via the skin and respiratory tract. They have a purifying and skin-cleansing effect. The treatment has a pain-relieving effect on muscle tension, lumbago and sciatica.
