Kaser Valley – Alpine trail 2000 – Ascht Alm

Enjoy the beauty of life on the alpine trail 2000!

As the name “Almweg 2000” suggests, this route leads from alpine pasture to alpine pasture at an average of 2000 meters above sea level: today's start will bring us along the forest trail number 10 in the direction of the Ascht Alm. Shortly before the Alm we turn right and walk up a small path along the Kasertal until we reach Almweg 2000. Once on the alpine trail 2000, it is an easy hike to the Pfinn Alm (2.152m), where we can enjoy the lush meadow, wonderful surrounding peaks, pristine nature, and spectacular panorama views across the Gsieser Valley and the Dolomites.
