As a former but long-standing chef in his own restaurant, your host Tom is also happy to be your personal chef for "selected guests" in his chalets and exclusive apartments. THE classic dish of our Pinzgau region is the Pinzgauer Kasnockn. Egg dumplings (Spätzle) with local cheeses, butter and chives - served hot, prepared by Tom in your chalet/apartment and served in a pan.
