Sound Yoga - intuitively moving with Dj or live instruments

In Sound Yoga you flow dynamically through different yoga positions and not only bring breathing & movement sequences into harmony, but also move intuitively to the beat of the music. The music is supportive and allows you to experience yoga in a whole new way.

Please bring a light blanket and mat yourself.

Please note that the yoga class will only take place in good weather (not in rain/thunderstorms)! Payment will be made on site in cash.
