Jürgen Plich, the "pianist with a story to tell", whose adopted home is in Tyrol, is known for his moderated concerts. He recognized early on that a professional musician's engagement with his classical literature cannot do without a sideways glance at historical, philosophical and spiritual aspects if he wants to unfold their expressive and sometimes even explosive power effectively today. From this, he developed his personal style of playing and a no less personal form of discussion concert. Without exception, this concert will feature well-known works that we think we know well - but you can be sure to experience them in a completely new way after the pianist's introductions!
