Saturday:
until 11:00 a.m.: Arrival, welcome and check-in to your room.
11:30 am: Tao Yoga for the immune system (1,5h)
13:00: lunch
14:30 h: gentle pleasure hike
18:30: Lecture: "Foods that make the immune system strong."
19:30: Dinner according to TCM
Sunday:
Extensive gourmet breakfast 8 a.m. - 10 a.m.
10:30 am: Tao Yoga for the immune system (1,5h)
12:30 pm: Lunch
14:30: guided walk of the senses, meditation
