With a lot of time, attention and heart and soul we provide culinary delights from the rich breakfast buffet in the morning to the 6-course menu in the evening.
Central element of our cuisine are regionally produced ingredients, which we use whenever possible. Likewise, we basically produce everything ourselves in our kitchen. That means: real, good chicken eggs for the Kaiserschmarrn, bacon from a farmer in St. Sigmund, pastries from our own patisserie ...
Children often have their own ideas about good food. And because we have small children ourselves, we know exactly what goes down well with most of them. Our kids' menu has to meet very simple requirements: It has to taste good, be fun and healthy. What makes it extra fun for the little ones is that the buffet is built so that they can help themselves.

For our Mooshaus hotel guests with overnight stay as well as for our Lisl hotel guests with booked half board, the table for dinner is already reserved. A separate and therefore additional reservation for dinner as part of half board is therefore not necessary.
