Guided hike with Monika up the Loosbühel 2,049m in Grossarl // difficult

From the Grundlehen parking lot, the trail leads along a forest path up to the Filzmoosalm. Here you can enjoy homemade ice cream for a little refreshment - a special treat in the midst of nature.

The trail continues across flowering alpine meadows up to the summit cross of the Loosbühel. The gentle grassy mountain at 2,049 m above sea level offers an impressive panoramic view of the surrounding mountains on a clear day.

The descent is via a steeper path down to the Loosbühelalm - a worthwhile destination for an extensive rest. Whether a hearty snack or sweet Kaiserschmarrn - there is something for everyone here.

Refreshed, the return route leads partly along forest paths and partly along shady forest shortcuts back to the starting point.
