Grab a hammock - or lie down directly on the forest floor and leave everything else behind. Really switch off while "sleeping in the forest". Simply "lenzen", let your soul dangle and feel the soothing powers of the forest. You will feel really relaxed afterwards and be full of new energy. It's the little things in life that make you happy.
