25 years of the city - 5 days full of highlights: From June 18 to 22, 2025, St. Johann will be celebrating and we'll be there live!
From June 18 to 22, 2025, St. Johann will be transformed into one big stage - and everyone is invited to join in the celebrations! On the occasion of the town's 25th anniversary, visitors can look forward to a colorful, musical and atmospheric town festival that duly showcases the diversity and joie de vivre of the municipality.
Whether on the main street - from the traffic circle to the Raiffeisenbank - in the town park or at the Adelsberg parking lot: there will be music and celebrations everywhere. From traditional to modern, from quiet enjoyment to exuberant partying - there really is something for everyone here.

The popular Mittwoch im Untermarkt with the live band "Chamelle & Freddy Brix" kicks off on Wednesday at the Hotel Brückenwirt.
Thursday, June 19, 2025
On Thursday, following the Corpus Christi procession, the Bürgermusikkapelle invites you to the Bürgerfest in the Stadtpark, where its impressive 190th anniversary will also be celebrated.
Friday, June 20, 2025
Friday is all about the youth and the regional music scene: student performances, the Musikum, the Bauernmusik St. Johann, the group Tschari and the band "The Strangers" create a great atmosphere and showcase the musical diversity of the region.
Saturday, June 21, 2025
On Saturday it will be really festive! A large parade of traditional clubs will parade through the streets, accompanied by groovy beats, hot rhythms and well-known music groups on 3 stages, such as Juvaranka, Silverstones, K's Live and the hottest DJs. The crowning glory of the evening: a spectacular laser show that bathes the sky above St. Johann in a colorful sea of lights - amazement guaranteed!
Sunday, 22. June 2025
On Sunday the festival ends with a solemn patrocinium celebration and a festive church service - a worthy conclusion to an all-round successful anniversary.
Celebrate together - with free admission!
The city festival is organized by a motivated team in close cooperation with the St. Johann associations - a real community project that shows the solidarity of the city. A big thank you for your work! More than 30 clubs take part, have a stall and an entertainment game or present themselves. And best of all: admission is free on all days! Where there is a lot going on and where there is a party, there is naturally also an increased noise level. Residents are asked for their understanding that things will be a little livelier in the city center. Thank you for your patience!
