Auf A Wort | Best of Austro-Pop

A wonderful concert evening takes the guests into a musical world full of cult hits.

During the varied concert, the renowned musicians take their listeners on a journey through time, through the diverse repertoire of Austropop legends such as STS and Wolfgang Ambros, Hubert von Goisern to Seiler & Speer and Wanda.

The band "Auf A Wort" has earned its fan audience in concerts in Bavaria and in Austria. Now the artists are guesting in the beautiful Berchtesgadener Land and are looking forward to an exuberant evening in the wonderful atmosphere of the Kulturhof Stanggass with a view of the unique mountain scenery.

About the band

In 2008, the 6-piece band "Auf A Wort" got together with the aim of covering the unique music of their icons of the Styrian cult band STS (Steinbäcker, Timischl, Schiffkowitz) as authentically as possible. In the meantime, the Chiemgau musicians have completed over 300 very successful, often sold-out concerts.

Meanwhile, the program "... the songs of STS" includes over 70 songs of the Styrian cult band. Since 2014, "Auf A Wort" has expanded the repertoire with the program "Best of Austropop". The best of STS is complemented here by a veritable fireworks of hits by Austropop greats such as Reinhard Fendrich, Wolfgang Ambros, Georg Danzer (or Austria3), Peter Cornelius, Hubert von Goisern, EAV and Co. Songs by current Austropop bands such as Wanda, Seiler & Speer, Pizzera & Jaus have also found their way into the program - an exuberant party atmosphere is guaranteed!

- Gastronomy: From the beginning of the admission you have the possibility to choose a seat in the hall and until the event you can stop at the inn or have a drink in the bar. The kitchen team offers a 3-course cultural menu for the event - imaginative, perfectly coordinated and ideal for arriving relaxed in time for the performance.
