Traditional handicraft of South Tyrol with Sonja

Today you can take a look behind the scenes and see what sensational work craftsmen* do every day!

With the hotel bus we drive to Sand in Taufers to the glass studio "Glassart Marion" , there we get a small introduction . Afterwards we visit the cheese dairy "Goasrost". There we will be explained how the cheese processing of years of tradition is carried out , followed by cheese tasting of 5 different varieties (goat - and cow cheese).

At the end of the day we will see the sheep wool processing of Helene Brusa. Together we will do some felting there.
