With SUP yoga, the yoga exercises are not practiced - as usual - on the yoga mat, but on the SUP board (Stand Up Paddleboard) in the water. The motto is: let go, surrender to the element water, be in the moment and above all have fun. Throw previous experiences overboard and feel your limits. For SUP Yoga you don't have to be particularly athletic or limber. It happens that yoga beginners stay dry and experienced yogis fall into the water. Take it easy, have fun and look forward to the most beautiful SaWASSERna ever.
